The majority of RC gear uses potentiometers for proportional control. While it works well, there are some limitations, such as the component becoming dirty, worn out, and even thermal drift affecting accuracy and reliability. KST's new MS series uses contact-less magnetic sensors (or, hall effect sensors) to improve accuracy, repeatability and reliability.
The servos are made with milled alloy cases for maximum strength to weight, and powered by a digital core-less motor and hardened steel gears.
Great for use in sailplane fuselages to run the tails, and also as a cyclic servo for 450-480 class helicopters.
